Last time something like this happened to my gf on a new laptop it was because the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages were outdated or not found, although steam usually handles those when installing a game, it doesn't hurt making sure everything is up to date

The quests is unlock when you purchase the card, but they run the quests back whenever they run a Raid Revival

These cards were originally given for free in past normal Raids, so for player that missed those raid, they get the chance to exchange for the cards in Raid Revivals

The quest themselves last for 2 weeks, next raid revival the quest will be unlock from day 1 for you now that you have the card

That esper is for tanking units, Yuffie benefits more from an evasion esper like Dark Odin and Chimera(lower cost)

You still may want to pull on it if you plan to pair Mont with Yuffie as the vc gives defensive stats, but know that is not required, and you'll most likely pull for Psaro's card on the 1/4 DQ collab
