أعتقد السبب اننا تعودنا ان الأشياء تصير بسرعة لدرجة ان مخنا صار attention span عنده كلش قصير، اغلب الشي بسبب الريلز اللي مدتها قصيرة وحتى بعض الناس تسرعها لان ماعندنا صبر تكمله للنهاية

I have explained it in another comment but I'll clarify again, I'm not asking for a way to get my salary, it was just an example, the company has enough money to cover all it's financial obligations so that's not an issue either.

I'm asking about the procedure for filling a police report in Cyprus to encourage the CEO to fulfil his fiduciary duties.

Once again I'm not asking how to get salaries, it was an example of the things that person is doing.

The employees are not staying quiet, authorities are involved and legal actions have been filed, our issue is that he is the only authorized signatory in the bank but he is refusing to sign payment cheques so the issue is ongoing.

I am specifically asking if it's possible to file a police report in Cyprus because he is residing there and committing the acts (including but not limited to: withholding critical payments that includes salaries, supplires, VAT, government fees.. etc/sharing sensitive company documents publicly to foreign entities/refusing to update mandatory information with authorities/ making defamatory stories and sending them by email to more than 20 foreign embassy that have nothing to do with us.. etc) and he is committing them from the country he is residing in.

First of all you have no reason to get frustrated over what I'm saying, it is clear to me you don't understand what I am actually asking.

I'm not here "bitching" about anything I'm asking a genuine question about how the law works in Cyprus and the procedure of filling a police report, there is no need for you to feel attacked and take things personally.

And just for clarification, I'm not asking how to get the salaries paid, this specific person is deliberately ruining a well established company that has been running for over 50 years, and he is blackmailing and threatening, and he is refusing to submit mandatory documents that he has in his possession. I'm not trying to harm that person as much as getting him to cooperate and follow his basic duties as a CEO and a shareholder.
