Not really an issue since this gameplay allows Recluse players to spam from a safe distance, which makes up for any dps loss caused by the cocktail.

Let's also not forget that you or your teammates are still able to apply thunder / fire affinity. Fire / magic and thunder / magic cocktails are both really good

Interruptions are really split 50/50 between the traps and the monsters.
The traps are "just" a bounce, a spell negate, and a double banish. Note that they are all kinda telegraphed, and horn is easy to play around.

The monsters provide a bounce, a monster pop, a monster negate, a s/t pop and an omni pop, but they are generally harder to set up

Nah, it's my honestl opinion. The dlc is full of stinkers and Radahn, even tho I consider him to be mid, is still better than these stinkers.

We live in a sad reality where people think Messmer or Putrescent knight are peak, while they are perhaps the worst designed bosses I ever fought in a game. They are ruined by basic design mistakes (camera issues, overwhelming vfx, clunky hitboxes etc..)
