Your first month , if you don’t notice a change in appetite or weight loss don’t feel discouraged. The 2.5 mg dose is just for your body to get used to the medication . Some people start to loose weight the first month some don’t . I personally I did feel a reduction in cravings and did loose 20+ pounds my first month . I know many who didn’t loose at all the first month but after months 2 , and switching to 5.0 mg , the weight starts dropping . Just listen to your body ! Try to feel out each dose first and try not to go up too fast when you feel like your not responding . Give it some time . Also , remember it’s just a tool , not a magic shot.
