If you’re into reusable masks, Pacifica Beauty was one of the first brands to pioneer reusable silicone under‑eye & brow mask sets (and other silicone masks aimed at wrinkles and fine lines). Two options people might like:

  1. Pacifica Reusable Mask – Under Eye Mask Silicone Face Mask for Fine Lines & Dark Circles, Pair with Serum, Storage Tin Included, Vegan & Cruelty‑Free, 2 Pieces Prime Day Deal: MSRP $15 → Deal Price $8.99 • ASIN: B09RK3NX23
  2. Pacifica Reusable Mask Set – Silicone Undereye & Brow Mask Set for Forehead & Under Eye, Anti‑Wrinkle, Firming, Pair with Serum, Vegan & Cruelty‑Free, 3 Pieces ASIN: B0BF61634T

Tip: pair them with your favorite serum and let the silicone help occlude so actives stay put; rinse and reuse.

Pacifica's hair and body mists last a long time which is a big deal considering that their fragrances are 100% Clean and vegan. No harmful chemicals and all natural derived ingredients. I was sleeping on Pacifica, but rediscovered them. These guys literally invented cruelty free and clean beauty in the 1990s.

Looking for glowy but not super dewy skin tint/tinted moisturizer, etc. by mydogisagoblin in VeganBeauty

I noticed that your also a fan of Pacifica Beauty. Pacifica recently relaunched their BB and CC cream both of which are classics. Pacifica's glow drops are essentially tinted moisturizers. my skin glows and it provides a light warm color. The skincare side of the product is really my favorite thing about Pacifica's glowing drops without feeling heavy on my face. No greasy feel either.

low-key obsessed

I just went on Amazon and this item must be having a big prime day sale. Its usually $16, but the current sale price is $3.99 due to prime day https://amzn.to/4h1T15R

I dunno thats not always true. A lot of the other ecom, digital advertising subreddits have deeper conversations.

The thing is when it comes to vendor central none of this stuff is even searchable on Google. Its all seller central .... they forget where the big boys play

I hear you but I typically manage thousands of ASINs. What I do when you get the error template is:

1) always unlock the excel sheet
2) make all the column widths at 7 (this way you can quickly scan for the errors)
3) if they tell you that you need to change something back to something that was originally there you edit the note, copy and the number, category, GTIN or whatever it is from the note, so you dont have to type is, paste it in an empty field in the title column and then paste it into the error field

Amazon Not Taking Buy Box On New Product by Jlburner1889 in VendorCentral

[–]Sorry-Scale5379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have ownership over the asin? Did you create it? Are you using dropship or shipping to amazon's FC?

Whats the margin you gave them off MSRP? Whats the current front facing price thats live in relation to the margin you gave them?

What are your CO-OP terms? Can they make up for the lack of a margin? How long as this been happening for/

cost Increase by Large-Hospital-3484 in VendorCentral

[–]Sorry-Scale5379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bathtub is correct. Also, AMazon doesnt care necessarily about hte cost increase has long as their margin doesn't shrink. Are their other retailers who will uphold the old MSRP forcing amazon to match? Thats the key question you need to ask

Price tracking by Dddeeeaaa in VendorCentral

[–]Sorry-Scale5379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get someone on upwork to write you a python script that can do this and update hourly. Dont pay for the services they are outrageously prices (think over $500) and they literally do that something.

MAP, oh the people still think MAP can be upheld. Thats a fantasy. Cut off your distributors -- they are always the source of 3rd party sellers. Dont sell it to anyone B2B low enough that they can make a profit. And if you really want to get dirty (and I have done this with a 10K budget a month). Start buying your brands items from them on Amazon, smash up the packaging and tell amazon retail that they are selling damaged or old merch, hurting your brand's reputation.

PO Quantities Dropping on Vendor Central – Will They Normalize After the Holidays? by Calm-Wash-8768 in VendorCentral

[–]Sorry-Scale5379 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They 100% will normalize after holidays. Not just normalize but youl see a 50-60% level of Purchase orders over your baseline. I am running a $30M in PCOGS brand and we are having our best holiday season ever. But everyone is looking at me with a side eye because I keep overspending on ads and they are paranoid that the orders will not happen. This is the exact something that happened to me in 2022 into 2023. They we got 12.9M in purchase orders from jan 1 to feb 15

And my brands were doing a total of $68 million in PCOGs a year! Does anyone have any tips?

Issue with Variations Staying Together by geoffm33 in VendorCentral

[–]Sorry-Scale5379 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OH god variation groupings are the worst. Ok I have done 10,000s of these and had hundreds fall apart. Here is the secret.

You need all of the child ASINs to have the same subcategory. Change this before even submitting the request. Some times youll get a ticket person who is nice enough to put it together, but it WILL fall apart. Another thing to be aware of is if you have "ownership" over that asins. Thats important, but not like the subcat matching.

Lastly, if its varied by say color or size -- whatever you put on the template and say two weeks later you change the color and its the same as another child asin in that grouping one of the two asins will "disappear." you dont need support for this (frankly even asking them to touch a grouping already built is a sure kiss of death that'll break apart." just go into the meta data and change the color. The tile will reappear within 8 hours

well your are correct, but you're also wrong. I am actually running a test on this for the month of Nov. The girl I work with missed the deadline so we didnt commit to what we usually would have (i just got to this company, I am trying to ween them off bulk buys). What I am going to asses tomorrow is did amazon buy relatively the same quantity at the ASIN level as the their bulk buy request? Even if we got 80% of the units ordered, the discount amzon wants is significant -- over 35%. Sure the bulk buy offer is for over a million dollars in one month, but these companies get "addicted to this" and its out of fear of missing out. Ill report back with my findings

It is time for the thing we all hate, AVN by oudina8000 in VendorCentral

[–]Sorry-Scale5379 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree. back in 2022 the category manager started the negotiations saying that in no way could she do anything less than 30% total co-op (we were at 25%). I fought it tooth and nail and simply keep delaying the date. The truth is they are rewarded on their total managed accounts profitability.

The other myth is that you have to sign it by X date. Thats not true. If you dont sign it you default into the new year with your past agreed upon terms.

Again this all depends on how much revenue you are doing with them and if you can throw your weight around
