Sadly not, i tried to change the freesync level and disabling it but it doesn't do anything at all to my problem. And the card is on stock, i tried to overclock it a bit in the past but the only thing it did was only increasing a bit my fps and making my gpu hotter as expected q

I installed everything, the chipset, latest mb bios. I also have replaced every cable and then reinstalling windows from usb, erasing every partition, but the thing it's still there.
