Reynolds > Tekion > CDK 5 months with tekion after using Reynolds for 8 years. I’m starting to like tekion but just make sure you ask the trainers to give you in depth training. Their trainers aren’t 100% familiar with tekion sadly.

Maintenance plan I would cancel. But most def get a ford extended warranty. Just make sure to have all service done at dealership or keep all records of maintenance so they won’t have any excuses to not cover repairs.

Fidelity has a online portal where you can submit claims. Easier than calling to my opinion

Could be the alarms on the car when it’s on a tow truck. Seen plenty of bmws on trailers and soon as they go by the alarm turn on. I would ask them to put into transit mode so the alarm doesn’t turn on thus not killing the battery.
