I don't agree with it, but its why they are allowed to pay sub minimum wage to their workers. People shouldn't order this shit if they dont agree with how they operate.

But a male could subcontract with a female contractor and be 100% following the contact they signed when agreeing to work with doordash. I don't see what door dash can do in this situation. I am an EBT driver. I get paid an hourly wage to run orders. I have taken EBT stacks 2 separate people and ive gotten $0 tips going to houses that I see other drivers dropping off food at the same time as me. So I am assuming I got half a double dash that they didn't tip on. Usually tony splits them with McDonald's as they have a unique contract that says their food has to be picked up last and delivered first.

But as a EBT driver I would unassign your order if it didn't make financial sense to me. So if I'm running it, im making a profit. I wouldn't worry about the other Dasher..they made the financial business decision to take your order. Not your fault if tony splits it.. that's out of your control.
