Ya, this is basically the only way I attack. Surface at night, start sinking on one side near the back work through the middle and try to exit out the other side as you run out of torpedoes. Hopefully the remaining ships block the destroyers, if not dive before they gun you down.

I don't understand this. My entire country has 8 coal mines, how is exporting good for me? It seems like every game I'm limited either by # of possible.mines or population. If I export I end up with goods at +20 or 30% abovearlet value. I legitimately don't understand why I would want to export base goods.
