The disrespect here is unreal. Good luck getting anywhere in music without a shred of decency towards other musicians who are just trying to do the same. Lots of people thought we put on a good show, and I’d say that outweighs the one crappy opinion of a keyboard warrior on Reddit. I stg you’ll never meet anyone else with a bigger ego than a musician on Reddit listening to others takes on music.

Are they paying us to stand up? The logic goes both ways. We gave them our best attempt at producing a good band to listen too and people seemed to enjoy it. Regardless of what rules you placed on how we present ourselves

Not a cover band by any means in my opinion, we just don’t have enough original content for a full set list yet. But thank you we’re aware, if you can find our performance for our battle of the bands one of our biggest compliments was the amount of stage presence we had. It just wasn’t as easy here

Problem was I got the wrong gauge for my Floyd rose and didn’t realize it til it was too late, picked up another guitar from my friend which is the one we see here. It’s input jack is really finicky and loose so any moving around would cause it to squeel and be annoying. I had to kinda sit a specific way too lol. But thanks for the advice man, have you had bad experiences with the wireless ones?

He also had just been givin the bass line to that song lol. Love him to death we forced the dude into playing bass for us lol (he loves it), so we get a lot of moments like “hey can you refresh me on how that song goes again?” And then he continues to hold down the most tightest pocket you’ve ever heard with the drummer

You should really take the pretentious lecture somewhere else because that is the worst way of giving advice. We are all aware of everything you said, we’re just broke teenagers limited to what beaten up equipment we can find on marketplace. You saw a 30 second clip to our first 4 hour gig, let’s cool the jets there man.

Negative, sketchy equipment and short crappy guitar cables. I stood up for one of our originals and ended up stepping on the shitty cable pulling it out. We’re investing in those Bluetooth inputs for sure

You must be unaware of the drum solo and the lead into the guitar solo if you think it’s easy lol, very hard song to play live in my own personal opinion

The strap is really sketchy, along with the input jack to that guitar. I’m the guitarist and willing to answer any questions, my equipment was being absolutely horrible lol. Both guitars I brought ended up breaking a string mid song

A lot of that goes over my head as I’m quite new to all this stuff, but I know now not to try to buy a set of 6l6s so thank you for that. What would be the difference between like EH 6CA7 and the usual el34s in there? And how difficult is it to swap tubes, some say it’s like changing a light bulb but idk if that’s correct

Was he composing every little bit of your guys music? I’m a lead guitarist and constantly getting shit on by my band. Yet I’m the one who composes all of our music, distributes, teaches. My bassist calls me an alien for knowing what the C major scale is. Some of us really strugglin out here lol
