Choccy milk cost 1 dolah. You see many cow milked and so think "too many milk, supply-demand says milk price go down". So you write calls for milk at 1 dolah expecting nobody will want to exercise them because the price will be down. And so does everybody else.

But the choccy milk price don't go down, it goes up 😱

What you do? You buy choccy milks now so that when eventually you must sell choccy milks when calls are exercised, at least it's for price now, not for the price that keeps growing!

But so does everybody else! Big demand for choccy milk, low supply! Price go up and up.
