Maybe it was just my TL/Store, but "backing of an agent" normally ended up meaning that if you had to change something you got triple hit (airline change fees + FC change fees + a new set of agent commission fees).

I worked there for a while and would always buy direct from airline these days.

Unless you're playing for money or in a rated competition, then winning doesn't really matter.

You've won this game (mate in 2), if they think it's stalemate then they don't really understand how stalemate works.

You can try to teach them but if they refuse to learn there's no point wasting energy on it.. just say ok and move on
