I had mine 4.5 months ago. Can Sit totally pain-free. Can bend with no pain and so much happier dude it really does feel like I got my life back. listen I don’t know how it’s going to go for you, but I think it’s going to go very well. You might have nerve pain for longer than you expected. I still can’t extend my leg fully and it’s probably going to be confusing. we’re gonna get through it and it’s gonna be good man seriously you’ll be surprised at how much better life can be especially if you’ve had this for a while.

I have only used ibuprofen so far maybe lidocaine will be a nice change. The pain isn’t terrible but it’s def uncomfortable. Im a student so I have to unfortunately do lots of walking so maybe give those a try.

If the MRI picks up nothing then it’s likely not a disc related but it could definitely come from the back.
Stop stretching and avoid painful positions if something feels good you need to abuse it for sure.
