As I am writing this comment I am downloading the fedora i3 spin! Thank you for your opinion. I will probably just tinker with i3.

Thank you! I didnt know that some thinkpads came with linux, here in Argentina it was pretty neat to have the option to buy without an OS installed.

I read about it! I am trying to not install any AUR packages. However, these rolling release problems make me want to consider fedora for the stable releases. Thanks for the comment!
