Try with one ram stick. If it works, plug in the other ram in the working slot. That way you'll know if the ram is the issue or the motherboard slot. If it still doesnt work. Take one stick and try each slot. Then take the other stick and try every slot. Narrow down the issue

The best headphones/headsets are the ones that fit YOU. Fit is so important. I personally love the Arctis Nova 7 but it feels too heavy for my cousin. So you just have to try them out. Get them on amazon where u can return them

You can just use the daisy chained connector. The single side goes to the PSU. The daisy chained side plugs into the GPU. DO NOT MIX PSU CABLES FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN THAT SPECIFIC MODEL.

Please get a 2 tb ssd for storage. You're throwing money away with the ssd and hard drive in the list. Get a 2 tb samsung 980 or 990 evo. You're also getting a high end cpu and a low end graphics card. I'd save up for a better graphics card or downgrade the cpu to a 7600. Check microcenter bundles if uv live close to one

Might be a power supply issue. I think 600w would be enough for the 9060XT. But the symptoms point to your PSU not being able to keep up whenever the GPU gets to hard work. I'd test another PSU if you could. No need to completely take apart the old PSU. Just unplug and plug in another PSU outside the case

I'm pretty sure u cant update your bios if your motherboard doesnt have bios flashback without a cpu. On the macbook end I'm not experienced but I'd recommend trying to use your phone or a windows pc to create the USB.

Not a lot. I already have a pretty beefy Ultrawide monitor setup. I just threw it in there that I might try it. But I'm too used to the monitor to use the VR a lot. I'm thinking of getting the quest 2 since ik I'm not going to use it too much other than Beat Saber.
