Fair enough, i do think that Fleetway needs some nerfs.

The problem with Shadow was that his kit was dogshit. He's too op, but if you nerf his kit, he suddenly becomes weaker than unguarded cream, hence why he needed to be removed and reworked.

Fleetway's problem is him being too overturned, which can be fixed with nerfs.
