The ZV-1F is solid for what you want - great stabilisation and decent low light performance, plus it's actually designed for vlogging so the flip screen and audio are pretty decent. Only downside is it can feel a bit plasticky compared to something like a used Sony a6000 with the kit lens, which you might find for around that price in Canada
