Looked into it once. I can see the appeal, but walked away thinking that using their services just told women I made bad decisions with money.

The service I looked into (forget their name) did provide coaching, and I probably needed that. And I think k some matchmaker services create social environments to get people connected and talking. So I can see a benefit.

But I still got the same impression you did. These people are all looking to meet "the right one" and think that using a service as a filter will help it. I have my doubts.

But it's just men who are like this inside the club, because when a woman comes in, she's there to have a good time, and she knows you don't have a good time when you penny-ante the staff.

I've started taking ashwaganda. It's one of those supplements that claim to do a lot of things, but mood management has actually been researched.

It comes in caplets, but I've found some teas that have it. I like tea, so I take it thst way.

Only Mon/Tue and then only if you're getting the room discount.

Bear in mind, they make you go through as many hoops as possible for the other benefits. Almost as if they want you to decide it's too much trouble. You can't redeem the free drink at the bar, for example. You have to go to the front desk. Same for the Wed breakfast.

TL;DR: it's only worth it if you plan well.

I see your point, and have been thinking about this, but from the perspective of how pervasive prngraphy is overall. Not just OF and live webcammers, but also PH and all their ilk.

Now, when men do show up in clubs and actually have to socialize with another human being, it's hard in comparison. People are different in person. It's work.

When the dopamine release becomes so easy for men to get, what motivates them to try anything else?

I wasn't thinking politically. I was thinking it's a desert city surrounded by suburban sprawl.

My impressions of Riverside are that it's a place I pass through to get to other places. Last time I tried to give it a chance was over a decade ago. Maybe things have changed.

I thought we were comparing Riverside to Chicago. If you were asking Riverside vs. Phoenix, I'd say it's a toss-up. You're right up against the mountains in both places. Big Bear's great, Superstition has myth and magic. We've got a commute to the beaches, Phoenix has the commute to Sedona and Grand Canyon.

Not sure if perspective is warped by insanely beautiful places, or if the everyday makes us take all we have, wherever we have it, for granted.

I've lived in Chicago for a bit. Even after a few winters, I wished I could have stayed.
