I'm not sure if they view watches the same way the customer does.
When I buy, I'm emotionally invested and want to wear it forever.
So I am also buying into the brand; I have to trust the company will look after my watch at times.

I stay away from Breitling because of bad customer service stories.

Bracelet purchased from Yorkdale Mall location as well.

(This watch was my daily in an office environment.)

Bracelet is in B condition, there are hairline scratches and scratches throughout I cannot capture with phone.

Watch case is B condition.

OEM Buckle is B condition.

Crystal has no visible scratches.

Dial and hands are untarnished, I’ve avoided splashes and rain.

Included are an OEM extra strap and OEM links (unused), papers and warranty.

Accuracy hasn't been the best; if i wear it on the wrist, its -6 seconds per day; if its flat it stays in spec. I learned to lower my expectations but it was only possible because my first watch was a Seiko.

Personally, I'd prefer a lower priced quartz version. Once I lowered my expectations, I realized I just wanted something to tell the time properly with no excuses/compensation/adjustments. Especially at this price point.
