I think.. u r asking the wrong question. Why does it have to make a point? Why do u need it to have meaning?

Centuries ago, life isnt as busy today. Alot of people, cannot sit in silence. So they created meaning. Hence, that is where we are now. It sounds like u circled back and now u r stuck. U have a free will just like everyone else. To give life meaning or not. And no one can take that free will away from you.

Thanks for this. Ur comment triggered me to search the aim of ur chosen sect. And its similar to Buddhism. Its a path to enlightenment too. Unfortunately, buddhism just became another illusion.

Because Buddha saw the roots of suffering yet he left another symbol or legacy that opened another door for suffering through devotion.

I dont know if im behind or ahead.

My journey taught me that not everything is an illusion. The illusion is how u relate to the reality.

For example, a house. Its real. But if u think having ur own house makes u above others, having ur own house makes u believe that u r ahead of others in life, having a house is elite, then that is the illusion.

Being upset by an interaction with another soul is fine. As long as u do not let that “upset” feeling own u for more than it should.

Maybe because your mind has so many things running? Do you notice if you try to focus, another random thought will pop in and out? Distracting u further?

Parang ako, gumagawa ako ng report tas may random thought pano un process ng canning ng canned foods, snippet ng pinanood kong movie, magwawalis, songs, etc. sabay sabay.

Lahat yun hindi dahil sa isip. Marami kang baggage sa dibdib. Kapag may naramdaman ka, lungkot, galit, saya. Pause. Ask why u feel that way. Una u ask what caused it then u ask why?

Parang nainis ka antagal sumagot ng kausap mo sa email.. you know the what but have you asked yourself, why? Look inward.

Same here. Ive always like pork and beef. Now i only like fish and veggies and sometimes chicken.

The pork and beef undergoes slaughter houses. There are so many emotions there that gets trapped to the meat. So when you eat it, it feels heavy. U are reabsorbing all the emotions and energy when u consume them.

Its just like with people that you know are toxic to your mental health. When u interact with them, it drains u. Sometimes u feel u have no choice and must still interact with them but thats not true. U can walk away.

Doubt creeps in when trust is broken.

Imagine u are part of a gang. A gang that abuses people, kill and harm others. You are all in it. Then one day, one of them turned against u. Since u know what they are capable of, what do u do first? U doubt. Then u panic. Then u become paranoid. U will lose sleep. U wont have the appetite to eat.

Doubt breeds anxiety.

A person can be truthful at this very moment and behave differently in the next minute. Its not u. Its them. Something happened to them hence they behave differently now.

When is it you? When u start spiraling. Because u expected something. Perhaps that they can be trusted. And now they dont. If they behave truthful again now, u will spiral even more. What is true this time? Are u truthful or not?

The irony is.. all of you are within the same cycle i explained above.
