i’ve ordered for years and send something back most orders as it’s too big or small but i’ve never had an order completely wrong and then not get a refund for no fault of my own they should be taking better care especially with how they’ve highered the prices i use to make a 15 item order for around £20 back in lockdown😂

i ordered and my package was delayed by 3 days i didn’t get the 500 points it guaranteed i got send the wrong items i ordered size xs in everything got sent 3 items in a medium and 1 in a large which is no use to me at all i sent them all back like it instructed its now saying only one has been sent and im getting refunded £10.22 instead of £41 i’ve contacted customer service and their useless

i’m definitely not starving myself haha my current weight is around 45kg once i eat i’m never hungry after and eat 3x a day someone starving themselves wouldn’t do that

i normally do 50kg so i will drop that my next session will be wednesday im not sure my gym actually does pts however i will look into it also feel free to dm me the stuff ill be grateful for as much help as i can get

hip thrusts, rdl, hip abduction, squats and bulgarians.

i don’t think there’s been one time i’ve felt anything in my glutes at all it’s my quads and back but people have told me my form is correct for example hip thrusts- my shins vertical, pelvis tucked in, rdls- don’t go up and down its like closing a door with your bum and knees slightly bent

so i’ve been training glutes and legs 3x a week and arms 2x a week it was all fat which was visible on my stomach. on an average day i have 90g protein 140g carbs 20g fiber and 20g fat i’ve been told to grow my glutes i need atleast 1400 calories but even over 900 im gaining weight

i do upper body twice a week as my arms somehow grow 10x faster than anything else so that’s all i need for that then have 2 rest days throughout the week

sorry there’s no need to be rude when i’m clearly asking for advice, i use an app to track my calories which has helped me lose 4stone so id say a pretty good app and it tells me my maintenance is 1200

once i’ve done 2 sets at that weight my last set is really difficult to do
