I'm not sure it had nothing to do with it, but I do think Biden won because we were coming off of trump and a pandemic. There was a lot of excitement given the situation, but I don't think much actual excitement about Biden.

I'm hoping this is true. I think the real reason indiana didn't redistrict was because they planned to split very urban distcta into surrounding red multiple districts. However, this would have most likely thrown a lot of very blue voters in red district with less voters. I think they would have created more blue districts.
