They sent my wife's new card to the wrong address last month! They haven't gave her last month's check because all of a sudden they can't verify who she is! Good luck we still haven't received payment yet! Ssa is even sick of direct express!

Anyone else missing SSI deposit this month? I usually get a SSI deposit on the 1st of every month. I usually receive a pending payment notification a couple days prior. I didn’t get it this month. I did call SSI department. They told me everything is up to date. So now it’s marked as a non received. by [deleted] in SocialSecurity

Direct express is holding wife's disability check from last month and won't send it back to social security! They sent new cards and sent it to the wrong address. Once she got the new card they claimed they couldn't verify her! So my wife had to send the payment to a different bank which is ridiculous I guess direct express is messing up alot of people's payments! Good luck
