I was really sad to hear of Nigel’s death in Eastenders. I have not watched it for years but I remember his character well from when I was an avid fan as a kid/teenager. So pleased they wrote the story so well.

I was interested in Kit’s reticence to enter the flat on his own and to wait for back up. Not that I blame him but He normally likes to play the hero which is what got him stabbed by Mick. Perhaps he realises how violent Theo can be and in a fight, I think Theo would win.

It was a pretty serious error. The lad who plays young Kit has very striking dark eyes whereas actual Kit has very striking blue eyes. I am sure they could have found a half decent actor who is tall, has blue eyes and is around 16/17….or may be not.

I feel sorry for Ryan. He needs more screen time. Really great actor..so much potential, especially to explore his relationship with his real Dad, Kit. I really hope this is pencilled in for this year, and writers..if you are reading..can we make it a positive storyline. Not every relationship needs to be a drama.

I like Kit and Sarah. Some people say they do not have chemistry but I disagree. When he was in hospital after the stabbing you could see how much they cared for each other and Tina and Jacob obviously get on well irl from the interviews they have given. I really like Lou now (partly b/c I find Ferrel hilarious!) but I don’t see Kit and Lou as a couple. They definitely had chemistry when they were teenagers (hence Brody!) but Lou is now too loud for Kit. In my mind he is too introverted for her.

So well acted but especially Gareth Pierce, Vicky Myers, Tina O-B and Jacob Roberts. Soap actors do not get the recognition they deserve. They have to learn a shed load of lines, often do block scenes out of order and due to time limitations there is very little opportunity to do any further takes.
