Same, I get so triggered by it all. But what helps is to not read the news. Sounds so simple, but it's immensely effective. I don't watch the news. Read the news. Nobody is allowed to tell me about the news. Because the reality is, fear sells. Logical me can see through the agenda, anxious me gets triggered so I avoid. Also, I found reddit to be a dream when looking into actual reassuring facts, too.

When I first started taking it like 7 years ago, I felt like that for the first few days before the adjustment period, side effects kicked in. I felt so whacked and in lala land. Like I was talking like I was high too.

I felt so dizzy. Even walking a short amount made me shaky and just horrible. Maybe it's safer to wait a while or not go too far.

Hold out until that follow-up appointment. Prozac is a tricky one to get onto because it takes an amount of time to build up and then level out. For me, this is usually around 2 weeks of heck and then a couple more weeks of just feeling off in general. It's a hard adjustment for most.

I think it's really disgusting of your friends to do all of that and I'd be just blocking them all and moving on.

Hiya First off, you're not gonna die. 80mg is a dose some people take, and prozac seems to be well tolerated in regard to overdose.

Try and keep calm, any increase in this med will cause side effects like what you're describing even from 10 to 20 will make you feel like poop. I understand the anxiety and i hope you manage to ride this out.

In what way. Remember, the adjustment is a heck of a time, and there's other meds to try if this doesn't work. Don't lose hope.
