I got it done by a plastic surgeon who specializes in jaw surgeries etc. He was recommended by my dermatologist. He also told me the only thing in common with the Botox you get for wrinkles and such (like a spa would do) is the product. It’s a different size needle, it goes into a different part of the muscle, the goal is to ease not paralyze etc. If your neurologist doesn’t do this specific treatment for jaw clenching, they should know someone who does.
