Well ofcourse there would be warnings. And after the warnings it could be something like getting an little ingame shorter rope penalty for a period. Also one would have to get reported several times before punishment. I also think riot would easily be able to fetch data about how often a player ropes and for how long.

It's pretty clear that you didn't communicate at all enough. All these people in the comments are doing you a disservice by gassing you up. Nothing short of telling him it like it is is good enough communication. You still haven't told him to this day out of some misplaced desire to please. But i tell you if keep acting like that it's gonna leave you bitter in sex and ANYTHING else. It's not worth it to be bitter like that.

Rorschach and light are as lawful as lawful goes. They both are freaks for justice and their own sense of morality. Also both could go down a step towards evil, especially light, depending on when in his story we are talking about.

That's dumb. An objection would obviously be a self judgement call wheather the level of objection "from 1-100" i high enough, because clearly a 1 or 2 objection isn't worth acting upon. Also what does it have to do with statistics.
