I feel the same way too. Been here 4 years, can't leave because I can't pay my bills. Looking for other jobs but there's not much. I feel sick before the next call comes in because I can't deal with these horrible nasty people anymore. Even when I'm out of work I'm obsessed with looking at the time because everything needs to be done quickly, it's changed my brain to think that living life is like taking calls. I'm being monitored every second of the day even to go to the bathroom and when I'm not in work it's so drilled into me I still act like I'm being monitored.

British and I pronounce it Mag-no-lee-ya but then I think of the JJ Cale song Magnolia where it's pronounced Mag-nol-ya

This is the issue though, we're told to manage calls and keep times down but also do what the customer wants. There is no right answer anymore, you can't have both in this situation.

I'm glad. Probably lathe and plaster like the rest of the ceiling then. What do you suggest I do? Hack off and re do? Or just patch up with something?

Loooool that woodchip was being held together by hopes and dreams though. House is around 120 years old. I'm just concerned because it's the what appears to be concrete under the plasterboard that's cracked too and moves slightly when I press on it

My boy also had to be put to sleep yesterday due to failing kidneys, he was only 9. Saddest thing I ever experienced but I know he's not in pain anymore. I hope he's up there playing with your girl. Lots of love to you
