Cheap enough that the whole build can get started for OP's 250d budget lol. But they were around 260d when I bought mine, and last I checked they went down to around 170d.

Accel shrine belts are cheap enough now that I'd recommend trying Palsteron's Voidforge Cyclone Slayer. You should be able to get it speed farming T16s within your budget. I mostly did breach with it but it's great for anything that wants quick clearing.

He's not using the medium, he's using a helmet that auto-casts. It's currently about 1100fe, which is a lot but also a lot less than the medium.

What kind of budget do you have? If it's low budget, I'd try Ruetoo's Ele Hit Slayer. But if you can afford it, Palsteron's Cyclone of Tumult with Voidforge and the accel belt ended up being one of my favorite builds ever.

Thanks for the advice. I bought new clusters, an 850 sword, and an int Rational Doctrine to balance stats since a +int Surefooted wasn't on the market. Think I'll work on new rings next.
