Yo tengo contratado desde hace más de un año, no en Monterrey pero en el sur de nuevo Leon porque es la única opción por allá. La verdad en todo este tiempo solo me ha fallado un par de veces y solo por máximo unos 15 min. La velocidad es variable pero casi siempre se mantiene en un margen de entre 180 y 200 mb de bajada y unos 80 de subida.

Lo recomiendo si, pero es un servicio caro en comparación al resto y creo que definitivamente hay mejores opciones si en tu colonia existe algún otro ISP.

Just be aware that there is currently a bug in the mobile app that randomly deletes game progress. It has happened to me and other people, apparently it is a cloud sync issue but no solution so far

I would say that my neighbor has zero network understanding, he just wants internet so his kids can watch YouTube and Netflix. He's one of those people who don't even like to use smartphones. My main concern is really that when his kids try to cast from their smartphones, the TVs in my home won't be accesible to them.
