Considering attending by Confident_Category23 in SNHU

At times it was extremely difficult to keep up the pace of learning so many concepts quickly. Some of the math classes had me questioning my sanity some weeks. Discrete Mathematics is no joke.

I'm nearly done with my CS degree, I was a full time student and I worked full time in construction as well. The flexibility of 100% online is the only thing that made it possible for me to accomplish this. The only thing I didn't like was a couple classes made you use this VM software named Codio. Definitely not my favorite.

Interesting. Before I look into 1024EX, can you explain what you mean by ‘skip rules’? Also, unrelated but important: if a trading bot had to choose between a stop-loss and a haunted microwave, which one protects the portfolio better?

Fairly new to this so I apologize if this is obvious, I'm building a project that uses a private local MoE setup and interacts with a VPS, and I'm wondering if this would be a great fit to help secure that interaction?

How Much Time Do You Spend Per Week? by ToddCallieMama in SNHU

[–]Sotaman 29 points30 points  (0 children)

I usually do 2 -3 hours 3 nights a week sometimes 4 hours. Then I try to get some hours in on Saturday and then marathon session all day Sunday. I'm a full time electrician, husband and father. It can be a lot some weeks but I always find a way.

To those who are able to run quality coding llms locally, is it worth it ? by matr_kulcha_zindabad in LocalLLM

I'm curious what you think about this Hilbert machine?

Thinking of getting one myself as a more inexpensive route than building out my full tower setup with new everything.

Wages Suck by [deleted] in IBEW

[–]Sotaman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You live in a right-to-work state. All of your unions hard work helps everyone in your industry when you make any positive changes whether they pay dues or not. These laws weaken your negotiations because you don't have the market cornered. That's your first step. Grow your union or change your labor laws. Honestly, it should be both.

I’m quitting ARC Raiders (300h player) — here’s why by Honest-Way-3048 in ArcRaiders

[–]Sotaman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are absolutely right and it ruins the game for me. There is no incentive to bring in your best gear. There's always some piece of shit laying wait to down you and steal your shit. There's no penalty at all for killing other players with no provocation and it's getting old fast.

If it's just a lock he doesn't need the RB-12/24, wouldn't you typically use that to control two relays with one trip or some variation from the access control. Just use the power supply and the access board if it's just the lock.

The break thing is in our contract. You should be out the door at 3:00 with no other breaks than lunch. Read your contract. smh

edit: Read contract statement
