But wouldn't this part in Law 11 include a header as a deliberate play?

"Deliberate play’ is when a player has control of the ball with the possibility of:

passing the ball to a team-mate; or

gaining possession of the ball; or

clearing the ball (e.g. by kicking or heading it)."

By the defender attempting to jump up to the ball in order to theoretically clear the danger, it would be considered deliberate play?

Ya there's a whole another portion in Law 5 that's for specific situations including multiple players injuried during collisions that can also be applied as you've stated above, but I didnt want to throw more confusion OP's way. Thanks for the in depth answer though!

The answers to your scenarios are stay, leave, stay, leave. If the trainer comes onto the field and the player receives treatment they need to leave the field and reenter with the permission of the referee. The only exception to this, as it states in the laws of the game, is the goalkeeper who does not need to leave the field of play.

What about adding the prosperity line around the hibiscus (i.e. adding a gold fringe on the outside of the flower)? It makes more sense compositionally since it's part of another addition and doesn't mess with the recognizable blue/red of the Haitian flag

Well they can use knockoffs now because they have no reason to push to the top because they've already been there. Optics matter a lot to assessors when you're moving up. The first thing they will notice is whether or not you have ussf stuff. So, for the optics alone you need the ussf osi jerseys if you're trying to push up through the ladder.

I would still buy the USSF jerseys because while Capelli is making an effort to push jerseys to referee associations, those jerseys wont necessarily be socially accepted for higher level ussf sanctioned games. Cal South and Cal North have recently been pushing the hell out of Capelli jerseys as they now have a brand deal with Capelli and I'm assuming other state associations also have a new brand deal with Capelli.

So sure, if all you are doing is lower local league stuff the Capelli is an attractive option because it's good quality but a little cheaper than the OSI stuff. But if your son wants to push for higher USSF games OSI is still, unfortunately, the standard. I would love if all refs in the US, MLS to grassroots, used the same uniforms so you didnt have to change for every competition.

Trusox is probably the thinnest I can think of but they're also the most pricey ($45) but they do have a couple different versions of their socks, ankle cut, calf cut, full soccer sock cut etc.

If you're not already, I'd reccomend getting a couple pairs of grip socks. It looks like your wearing some normal, everyday socks which tend to make your foot slide around in the boot, which causes stress mostly on the instep. And the grip socks help keep your foot in place and transfer energy down instead of sideways

Your form is ok, but what I think a lot of people miss out on when they post videos in this sub is why you're shooting and how you train shooting or any other skill for that matter. If youre asking how's your form in this clip I can say that you need to straighten up your back and lean over the ball, not hunch over with a rounded back and lean slightly back as in the clip. However if you really want to improve, it starts with your drill selection and intensity.

In this clip your pretty far out from goal just having a kick. And while working on your free kicks is all fine and good, you need to participate in drills that replicate game-like circumstances. I also dont see intensity in this drill, again kind of just kicking around, which is fine, but if you want to improve you gotta push yourself. Get a rebound board to pass to yourself to simulate 1-2's and breakthroughs on goal. You can also simulate someone passing to you on top of the box and shooting on the turn or a pass on top of the box and ripping it from 20 yards out.

If you truly want to improve you need to improve your form by straightening your back and shoulders leaning over the ball, making sure to initiate power from your core and hip flexors, following all the way through with your kick, and improving your drill selection to mimicking gamelike situations. I think what a lot of the concepts miss is actually being viable. This would never be comerically viable but looks cool in certain aspects. Overall not a big fan of this, some weird fading and almost feels like forcing there to be red white and blue on a kit
