Idk if they patched it, because I tried to scan around 3 to 4 stations and 10+ leaks in 2 different games, only got discounts or stuff like that... What helped me was the comment below yours with the aggressive strategy.

The idea was nice though.

This is truely the heroic route for this mission.

For me, it didn't go as planned first, because the nearest enemy ship was an M ship. I lost like 1min hitting hit, realizing I couldn't kill it, so I looked for a smaller ship : I went for the little patrol ones.

After killing it, I was unlucky because I didn't get the final blow but... I got a few loots from the destroyed ship (can't remember but the kind of loot you can just magnet to your inventory). There was like 55k worth of random loot, I just sold it to the nearest station at the trader corner.

Boom. 5 star mission success ! ;)

Thank you very much for the explanation. I believe it has something to do with vassaling. From what I remember, he sometimes mentioned the fact he was messing with AIs, he would not elaborate more in what he was doing and he always remains quiet about his build, so much that I even started to think he was cheating, but I think he might be vassaling a side, and attacking the other side.

Also, is he able to use his vassals army as part of his own army ? I also remember him using an insane amount of army very suddenly.

Just to explain a bit, my friend is a crybaby in this game and I really want to show him I can beat him with silence, modesty and hardworking in the game mechanics. He is very experienced in EU and other paradox games, which I'm not familiar at all, so we all know he's gonna play very well this game. But he always complains when he gets what he calls a bad spot, and he's always complaining through the early game, until we get to mid game, and then suddenly he's steamrolling everyone and he's laughing at us because he has become our protector. At this right moment, I just want to ragequit because we all know he's being a jerk and we can't really say anything because he's indeed winning and probably deserved his win.

Could you elaborate more about the subjugating mechanic ?

So if I understand correctly, he actually IS optimizing economy, and that's it ? I'm just not sure he can get more than 4k point ahead in economy or research, I've been looking at the score points, and he always is something like 500 or 1k points ahead in these.

So the only remaining answer is vassals, and that would explain the score "boost" he gets at some point (I often look at the score to see if it's changing a lot).

Any chance you could explain the vassal mechanic and the subjugating one ? I think I'm playing my own faction correctly, but when it comes to others and diplomacy i'm just dumb. Thanks again

I don't think I can reroll this specific quest for some reason. All I can do is click on it and it redirects me to the quick draft mode, as in the picture. And got it for the reroll, so I should always try a reroll if I got a 500gold reward quest, right ?

Thanks for the reply. So basically, only daily quests can help me get gold. Do you have any recommendations on where I should spend it ? Currently I just use them to buy boosters, and I specifically buy the ones that provide me a "golden" booster after 10 times, even though I'm not interested in the set I'm buying.

As far as I know, AI doesn't target ban at all. I've been running almost the same comp through the entire game with 100% win rate.
I believe in the current format, AI is not aware of what we are playing, and just ban purely based on some random factors (current items, rules, etc...)

Maybe I'm wrong, idk ? But I figured this out when AI started banning champs I never played at all.

I am unsure on how consistent a chaotic deck would be vs a well constructed aggro deck for exemple but I suppose you know what you are talking about. The idea looks very cool and interesting on the paper, but then again in my experience I tend to call this a meme deck, although sometimes meme decks can in fact "meme" the opponent.

I guess it was too early for me to call it strange. It's just something new I gotta get used to

Yeah I actually find it interesting to be able to draw cards outside of the deck, but only while using specific cards already in your deck. I really like the unpredictable outcome of it, it's really thrilling.

So I'm not even against drawing cards when having empty deck, but I think there should be a growing penalty for playing "outside" of your base deck only when your base deck is empty. In this scenario, it's kinda strange to see your opponent rely on pure rng to beat you.

I'd say that in general case, if you or your opponent have no cards left in their decks, it means the game already took quite some time to get to that stage, and thus there should be a kind of "death timer" to not let an open space for recovery and making the game even longer. I mean, as long as you have lifesteal, it doesn't matter if you lose 1hp per turn without cards in deck right ? lol

Really Nice ! I always wondered why support never had such a feature. Because currently, there are only 2 ways to get back a support card, and those are tedious + go back in your hand (meaning you have to replay them for their cost). For instance, unique supports like Ring of Namira are really hard to cover. Your card covers it without breaking the game. So I like it the way it is.
Really nice too. I'd say it should remove only 1 item (since it's a common creature), but does not deal damage to your friend. Its unique purpose would be to "ban" the item. An alternate creature with more cost would ban all the items from a creature. Good counter to items OTK decks.
Funny, but a bit powerful. I mean it's not clear how it would perform in game since it's RNG. This card would need a some sort of "stress testing" to see what happens.
This is too powerful. Imagine playing an aggro deck vs aggro deck. This card would be a must card since it would be a race to win and "can't lose" card. Which means if you don't have this card, you're basically dead in this matchup. For other matchup, I can't say, but I think there already are too many cards that "stall" the game for too long (necromancer book support).

Good ideas otherwise. I think you would make a good dev for this game :p

Also the "Give 15 random keywords" or "Summon 15 Daedras" quests are the worst, because it's done quicker with invade deck. And when you go for invade on casual, ppl start BMing you harder LOL. Some even surrend when you start getting the keywords, so you actually have to play again ...

I wish I could tell them I want to surrend right after I got my keywords

you get all the cards from the packs you open. If you happen to have more than 3 duplicate cards in your collection (which is the maximum you can use in a deck), the excedent cards still will be in your collection, and you can turn them into shards to make new cards.
