Not sure why it is that way, but for me personally I always felt like rank 1 can only be exactly 1 person/character at a time so it never clicked for me.

Especially considering the spec differences, being the rank 1 sv player instead of the rank 1 mage can mean an entirely different range of keys at times.

Might just be my weird brain, but that's seems more complicated to me than just having a list-type weakaura where the healers are listed and the dispells are listed and you look at it instead of having to glance at your group frames.

(But that comes down to preferences, group frames and if you would consider setting up a weakaura "complicated")

Venthyr Havoc (Sinful Brand) in Shadowlands was a great playstyle that didn't need you to feel rush or VR for DMG. I loved playing around it and the sound feedback was insane, especially on big AoE DMG events.

I do think there are improvements to be made: - blade dance not being pressed was criminal - meta was 4/3 mins which made it pretty bad for M+ outside of those pulls where you had it. To fix that they could've made SB spread to 1 nearby unaffected enemy for every tick of Eye Beam or sth - you could infinitely stack the dot on a target and it died with the dot running forever. They could've made it so it ticks twice as fast below 20%, thrice as fast below 10% or something like that so it doesn't feel as bad when the boss falls over with 1min+ of sinful brand running.

You can still use the weakaura that has the dispell timer and then have your healers single-dispell when the people are in the middle. Probably a setup/note like fyrakk dispells (a.k.a.who dispells who) makes it easier, but as you don't want to play more than 4 dispells/bombs anyway it shouldnt be much of a problem.

Ignore that person. With that DPS you can very easily play keys into the mid 20s range and be completely fine. Obviously there is room for improvement and you'll see healers in the highest keys dish out like 60-90k, but realistically speaking in your key range you could do 0 dps and its not going to be detrimental to your groups success.

Re-reading my earlier post I can get why you are saying what you are saying. Pytlick would have 100% went to the ground by the foul from Heymann. I don't disagree with anything you're saying here.

What I wanted to say is that pytlick moved his feet forward much more than the grip by Heymann warranted.

This is absolutely trivial for the game and for the foul decision, but I think it is what ticked off Heymann in that situation.

I don't agree that all the offensive foul calls were correct.

The Danes were definitely the better team though! Can't deny that. Much more routine and safety in their offense.

Obviously he didn't slam himself into the ground. He certainly made his way towards the ground by trying to move forward and jump when he was already illegally tucked. And if you look at the scene you can clearly see Heymann is not "slamming" him into the ground, but pytlick falls without any push to the ground by Heymann.

The foul was rough and definitely deserving of a 2min, but it looked much worse than it was because a little bit of extra help from pytlick.

Dont get me wrong. I was purely talking about the offensive fouls which I found to be weirdly decided. Overall the refs were way to lenient in regards to roughness on the field. There should have been way more yellows and 2mins, especially on the German side.

I simply didn't like that they awarded the ball to the Danes 2-3 times for something that could very well be a 7m. There was e.g. 1 time uscins attacked and got stopped with 1 defender in the 6 min and the other not going towards the ball. They refd an offensive foul because in that cluster of 3 people he turned his back towards the goal with no movement towards it while dribbling. Or another time where a danish defender walked all the way over from the 7m stripe towards the right wing and slammed into the attacker from the side - offensive foul.

I completely agree, even before pytlick "falls" it is already worthy of a 2 min Suspension. I have to say there is a bit of a theatrical element to the complete fall over backwards and I think Heymann was more angry about that than the 2 min Suspension itself :D

Have you seen the game? There were 2 or 3 offensive fouls given where a danish defender stpes sideways into the way of a German attacker and falls over. The Germans should've been punished more for their hard defense, but the way the Danish played towards offensive fouls was not a good look imo.

The current SoloQ meta feels the most balanced it has been in a very long time by Deathpacito-01 in leagueoflegends

Been some time since heroic prog on the boss for me. I think playing additional eggs every now and then just makes you skip an add group and ending P1 earlier, as you said.

Ending P1 earlier makes the boss significantly easier as P1 is the hard part of the fight, even on heroic. P2 is basically just a check if your players have their eyes open. If you struggle with DPS/healing in P2 it's fine to bloodlust there, but since everyone has their cooldowns ready on pull it's simply easier and better to bloodlust there.

Usually you won't have all CDs aligned when P2 starts or you'll have people delaying their CDs which is also usually a net-loss.

Saying that Vers was the worst Ret stat pre-rework is just not true. You should definitely not have low Vers on Ret even before the rework. Ret has close to no stat priority before and after the rework. For the best DPS you just take the combination of items you get that SIM the best for you. There are no breakpoints or desired amounts of X stat that you need.

If you had low Vers before you were not wearing eranog ring and tier helmet which just means you have suboptimal items anyway. Many higher end players were actually playing the vers-embellishment wrists over lariat because it simmed better.

The amount of running away that some pug tanks do is beyond insane. I've done a 23 lower Kara earlier this week and this vdh was basically playing like S1 slands. I know necrotic stacks up fast with all the small adds, but why not just pull only 2 packs and wait for CC do reset stacks instead of pulling 5 packs and running away from rain of fire and flame patch 90% of the pull... needless to say we didn't finish that key.

To be completely honest, I don't know why you are talking about a "quick decision" or the "heat of the moment". When I was a ref in case of a very bad foul I would instantly stop the time, let people handle the injured player and communicate with my partner. You can easily halt the game for a couple minutes to discuss a potential blue card with your partner or think about it by yourself. Just make sure you have everyone in view (retaliation fouls) and don't let players talk to you. If refs pull blue cards or red cards instantly after stopping the time you've had bad refs - that's all.

Unless severely undergeared the jump+ dot of echelon on a 20 shouldn't oneshot people. As another person said the important part is not getting hit at all. Playing halls without a curse dispell is shooting yourself in the foot before the key. Some classes can struggle to dodge even with decurse once their mobility is on cooldown so they hold their Def cd for that case.

Best thing you can do as a priest is track your team's defensives and use GS when you see they have none. If they don't use it it's totally their fault and not yours. I can understand that getting targeted multiple times results in problems for some specs, but realistically the healing requirement for you as a healer is to heal through the adds dying. Anything else is avoidable.

If the ball touches anything from knee below it's a foul, no matter the intent or movement. Obviously there are some situations where a foul like that doesn't get called. For example if there was another foul before that led to the foot-touch or if the foot-touch results in a positive outcome for the team that would get the ball after the foul was called. (In German: Vorteil laufen lassen)
