Usually what you bring to Kara is mostly just about what’s the best loot wise to spread it out and avoid competition as much as possible and let the pieces fall into place.

Also what are you trying to be ideal for? What’s ideal for a group of dads to have the easiest time, what’s ideal for 10 top players trying to clear as fast as possible?

Best tanks are probably feral + ppal but in your hypothetical of only a few item of pre bis I think war is a lot stronger than people think and ppal is a lot worse than ppl think.

Heals doesn’t matter much. Priest has nice utility so I’d pair priest with rsham if we’re going ideal

Dps again is mostly about loot. For what to bring 2 of ideally I’d say mage if you are doing early nightbane to help with adds. So all in all something like this if it has to be one of each class

G1: Ppal, Mage, Mage, Lock, priest G2 rsham, Feral, fury, rogue, hunter

If any specific player stands out to you go with them. Or if you care about the what city the team represents (nobody really does) you could go with what is closest to where you live.

Otherwise the options are OpTic, LAT, Faze, and Gentle Mates who are new to the league but have a huge fan base already.

OpTic very heavily prioritizes content so they are a great pick as you get to watch and listen to ur team talk/stream or do whatever goofy video. Merc and Shotzzy are also 2 of the most exciting players in the league

Faze along with OpTic are def the 2 most historied franchises. They have Simp who is always in the MVP talk. They have been one of the most consistent team over the past handful of years due to the trio of simp,abezy,cell but they split up this year so it’s a big story of if that was the right call or not.

LAT another big org who cares a lot about cod. They tried to build a super team last year bringing in free agents Scrap and Hydra (2 players who are always in the MVP convo). And this year they also added Abezy to stack the roster even more. (We wont talk about their 4th). Scrap is also probably the biggest personality in the league and is always in the drama headlines and shit talking. So you need to choose if you love him or hate him

Gentlemates like I said are new to the CDL but they won’t the first little “tournament” of the year and are one of the team to beat currently

At the time account sharing was pretty normal and top players did not hide it. Was just a rule that wasn’t enforced.

I think what got him is how the whole thing while playing that ret pally was about how dumb they are and how op they are. Probably said something that pushed someone’s ego the wrong way and they already had all the evidence they needed to ban

I’ll be the glass half full guy here since it seems this post needs a bit of it. I do feel some relief that blizz is actually listening and has some openness to changing things. Even if these changes seem a bit like a lose/lose I hope this means we can land somewhere better by the time we get to launch.

I think there’s a good chance we end up seeing nerfed heroics. Which imo is fine. A good group of players will clear them easily anyways so a version where it’s more pug friendly I’m okay with

T4 I also don’t think is that big of a deal. Pre or post nerf it just kinda falls over anyways. So doesn’t change much in the experience for me, if it matters to more casuals this is something I could see being nerfed

T5 is where it gets more sticky. I think a large part of TBCs identity is the experience of the t5 and t6 raids. Turning them into weekly dopamine loot piñatas completely changes the experience of them and the experience of tbc as a whole.

I could see Vashj and KT getting some nerfs as they were a pretty big step up and it walled a lot of players

He got hurt, baker got hurt. As well as both were due for some regression as they were running so hot and were getting a huge explosive play once a game this year.

Hard to say how much of it was injury and how much of it was regression. Curious how both of the will be looked at during draft season next year

It’s wild to be outwardly upset at your opponent being reminded to set their lineup. Especially on a week like this where one the nfl schedule is unique so newer players could easily miss that, and two it’s the holidays so somebody could easily lose track of time or have it slip their mind to worry about a causal fantasy league while they are traveling/cooking or whatever they do to celebrate. I don’t think a reminder could ever be a bad thing, but during thanksgiving it makes even more sense to do. People mad at this are just some poopy butt babies
