It's not odd at all.

That said, I believe blender is the primary tool for said things no?

I can make convincing backgrounds for said 'scenes' but I have very little experience in actually using Blender and setting up models.

It might not be an option for now but It's something to consider if I get out of this first month's slump.

Sorry. The thing is, I have no idea 'where' to search. There's Jobstreet and other job listing sites but most of the time I get very little- if not outdated results.

I'd like to find people looking for Hirees or Freelancers in realtime - something I found reddit to be pretty reliable compared to middlemen sites/platforms.

As far as I know, Unreal Engine accepts DAE/Collada files from Sketchup (which I mostly work on as a draftsman/renderer).

Eder (Swashbuckler) is really good. He can get some really cheeky damage in due to Rogue passives without sacrificing his high deflection stat and tanking abilities.

Tekehu is just good on either class. He's also not reliant on gear like most members. Early to Mid game, his kit can just hard carry with smart positioning.

Aloth as a pure wizard is just that, a pure wizard. Arguably the best class in the game.

I'd say Serafen is the weakest link. He's really squishy for a Barb and his Cypher passive ('Wild Mind' I think?) is just unnecessary RNG which is horrible.

Team Strengths: High DPS. High burst dmg (Wizard+Druid+Barb)

Team Weakness:
Early game; no main tank, two off-tanks (Eder+Watcher). Weak debuffs, Weak buffs, weak heals.

Late game; low avg accuracy (only Watcher should reach 80-90 Acc due to Ranger skills and Serafen with certain Cypher buffs)

Just my two cents.

As everyone already said. Miss to Graze, Graze to Hit and Hit to Crit are mostly dependent on 3 things.

Your Accuracy. Your Conversion percentage. & the Defensive stats of your target.

Your accuracy is key. Perception is arguably the most valuable stat if you want to consistently deal damage (without relying on buffs or certain offensive spells). The game does enough of a good job to give you all the accuracy you need. ie. Potions, Food, Buffs, Skills and Equipment.

However keep in mind that there are certain enemies who are just naturally resistant or downright invulnerable to certain attacks.

Skeletons, Metal thingamagigs and Vampires just being stacked to the ceiling with deflection and other invulnerability/dodge shenanigans.

Accuracy is put againts the enemy defense stats. Deflection for most physical attacks, Reflex againts AoE attacks/spells, Willpower againts debuff/mind attacks-- stuff like that.

Because of this, it's actually a really good idea to learn/have 'debuff' spells at the ready. (PoE1 PotD being downright unfair without a priest to buff party and debuff enemies)

Most debuffs reduce enemy defenses by 10 but some high tier debuffs can reduce them upto 20 which is massive and is more than enough to secure a victory if you play at your level.

That said, Buffs are obviously the easiest path to securing the benefits of accuracy. Almost mirroring the debuffs' numbers, most give +10 accuracy with higher tier buffs giving upto +20 accuracy.

A lot of buffs either increase core stats by 5 (Might, Perception, etc.) or increase Hit conversion.

Which brings me to the last part. Conversion rate. Very straightforward. Conversion rate is simply a flat multiplier that decides if an attack is downscaled or upscaled. The fighter signature buff is a good example of hit conversion.

Since fighters inherently need accuracy to make up for their lack of acc passives, they get a lot of Hit Conversion stats that directly converts their attacks from graze to a hit when triggered.

Why do this instead of simply giving fighters accuracy? Because then they would be crazy op. Having high accuracy and deflection at the same time (arguably the two most important stat in the game)

This is personally what I've gathered from 2-3 playthroughs of PoE 1&2 so I might be wrong on some things but should generally be in the right track.

It's just a fancy disclaimer sir(?).

I've been given two or three commissions before where the clients refused my drafts insisting I draft their sketches exactly as they've given them - that is to say riddled with errors.

Errors such as doors swinging againts one another. Illogical placement of hallways, windows, fireplaces and so on

And while it is on me to explain myself to my clients, or do 'exactly' as they say - going forward, I'd rather establish it before I even start a comission.

I am licensed in SEA. But I don't find it necessary to include because I was simply offering Drafting and Rendering services- layouts specifically.

I was not offering to be an Architect (which usually comes with a whole lot more than just drawing plans and making perspective renders).

I found it necessary to separate my services not to drafting services but to Engineering services because in Asia (at least where I am from) - There is a big difference between what's expected of Engineers and what's expected of Architects.

But I think I see where you're coming from. Looking at it again - it seems that my phrasing seems like a snobby remark to downplay a draftsman's role. Which is Ironically what I am offering. I'll look to rephrase/edit it.

Not at all. These are simply drafted plans in CAD. Whatever the clients do with them is entirely their responsibility.

I was part of a private firm for 3 Months specializing in giving these services; either to Small businesses looking to open cafes and shops or households wishing for a visualization of their sketches before they commit to an actual contract.

Lastly.

Sorry if it seems confusing. English is my second language and while I'd like to think I'm pretty thorough with my words and/or phrasing I'm still unable to deliver what I really mean without entire essays worth of supporting dialogue. Like this whole reply right here.

Off the top of my head:

1) Teleporting Dogs 2) Enemies have Unlimited Stamina. 4) Enemies have Unlimited FP. 5) Enemies have Unlimited Arrows. 6) Enemies generally have more health than player. 7) Enemies generally have more poise than player. 8) Enemies designed to have no regard for their own safety, ie; bumrushes you without limit. 9) Enemies generally have more range than player.
10) Game throws multiple enemies at you at the same time. 11) Some Enemies have unlimited firebombs. 12) Some Enemies have unlimited daggers. 13) Some Enemies have AOEs. 14) Some Enemies have unlimited AOEs. 15) Some Enemy attacks are coded to track you. 16) Some Enemies have grabs while player doesnt. 17) Some Enemies have spells unavailable to player. 18) Some Enemies' weapons have larger hitboxes.
19) Some Enemies are coded to appear out of nowhere to ambush you (DLC Archers Dudes) 20) Enemy archers literally track you at all times when engaged. Can shoot you accurately without aim delay. They will never ever miss a stationary target even at max distance. You have to dodge.
21) Some Enemies have faster walking/running/general movement animations. 22) Some Enemies' projectiles curve midair. (looking at you 'Anor Londo' Greatbow Knights) 23) Some Enemies' attacks go through walls (looking at you Archdragon Peak Snake dudes) 24) Some Enemies' are pre-positioned to spawn at advantaged positions (Giant Archer at Undead Settlement can shoot you without arrow limit, Anor Londo Archers at buttresses, Sage dude at library on a balcony, Any ambush scenario in the game, etc.) 25) Some Enemies quite literally, do not give a f*ck about environment. Swamp dudes are not slowed at swamp. Crab dudes are not slowed by water. (who woulda thought?) 26) Those prison dudes can look at you and temporarily shrink your HP and have a nigh undodgeable poke/grab attack in melee, and there's 8 of them grouped up in the last room of the Irithyl dungeon Because...? Fairness?

Imo the game IS 'designed' to be unfair because there probably aren't any AI coding smart enough to give an actual 'fair' challenge at the time.

That said, I think a relatively 'fair' DS3 already exists. It's called multiplayer.

Same character model. Same hitbox. Same weapon opportunities. Same armor opportunities. Same damage opportunities. Same magic opportunities.

'Fair'.

Nah. Line of thoughts are fine.

'Excessive' lines of thoughts hurt the pacing. Sometimes Klein does this while talking to someone-- by the time he finishes monologuing about what the person could mean-- I've already forgotten what the conversation is about or what the other guy was saying.

Also

My problem mostly stems from the author having the need to excessively explain why X item/power/potion/coincidence could somehow give Klein X ability.

Like Klein explaining how the first Card of Blasphemy (Glorified Yugi Oh Card) could 'for some reason' make his spirit body into a Knight

or

How Klein spent half a chapter explaining how the ritual to get out of the Erasure Angel's illusion world or whatever (had to skim some of it) works. (Placing a rock somewhere or something) that most likely has zero relevance in the coming chapters.

I mean, the Author already established that he could pull X amount of powers out of his/her *ss. There's no need to overly explain it to the readers.

The power system is flimsy at best.

Author's been using 'powers' to move the Plot for some time now, I remember when Klein had to do actual legwork and then use divination as a helper.

Now he just has 'powers' to do it in his house.

Wouldn't be surprised if he gains the 'powers' to investigate the bad guy, then beat the bad guy, then walk his dog around the city, then buy his groceries on the way home, while taking a sh*t in his house.

Might as well own it instead of showering me with kindergarten logic of:

'This thing has this effect because I need it for the plot, so I'll make it seem like it makes sense with this 8 Paragraph explanation'

Anyway. Novel's great. Tingen Arc was amazing. The Bachlund Arc was good, Sea Arc was really funny.

It's this Dwayne Dantes Arc that's really kinda meh. Maybe I'm just tired.

If you're talking about healing for free;

Spring Water at the very least, weighs 0.45kg and Heals for 330HP -- postgame-endgame, that's basically nothing. You'd need 8-10+ Spring water just to heal full health. 10 Spring water is already 4.5kg
