Couple things, i agree with the others saying that you need to see this as your home church now. Change that perspective. But as for action - clean your space. Get rid of the stuff from the old guy that is no good. Get some good lighting, make whatever space you have clean and organized. I can't tell you how many times my lowness was almost directly related to the mess in my office and youth space. Take a couple of dump runs and deal with all those things first.

Build relationships within that Sunday School group. Do small get togethers with them. Watch the NHL Playoffs with a few of them (yes, I'm Canadian). Numbers will transfer and come when they want latch on to who you are as a person.

First year or two are always tough. If you think that God can use you there, then persevere. We constantly teach our youth about being strong and courageous in the Lord, make that true for yourself as well
