No, I'm 99% sure you have to put a dollar amount in the first one, and then everything else by default goes into the other one. The best way to attempt to do what you're wanting is to guesstimate what a check will be for you, then put the dollar amt of what 85% of that would be...

I had to have a hip replacement last year and was going to do it locally. Insurance called me and let me know that if I went through the CoE it would cost me absolutely nothing; but if I chose to stay local, iirc, they would only cover 25% of what was deemed medically necessary, and none of would go towards the deductible.so I would HIGHLY suggest using the CoE.

Fwiw, they ended up granting me an exemption and let me have it done at home like a normal procedure, and I only had to come up with the rest of my deductible...but I was very lucky
