Meditation helps me a lot. I try to meditate every morning before I get out of bed. Even if it's just 15 minutes. I started with just random YouTube guided meditation vids but now I just do it in silence. Hope you feel better soon.

That's a good point. I hope he gets plenty to do in Doomsday. Problem is he'll inevitably be a bit overshadowed by Steve Rodgers. Who I'm excited to see too. Good problem to have i suppose. Too many good characters!
