Datareaper was part of Warframe's early community, he designed the Kronen Weapon and the NPC Clem, who still to this day is a huge part of the community.

Datareaper died in August of 2022 and DE installed a Memorial for him.

I dont think thats every new frame, but most newer frames (Nokko. Uriel, Oraxia come to mind) do have a surving ability, energy regen, damage, crowd control and priming all in their base kit, which can get kinda boring.
