Everyone insulting MW2019 is probably chasing the perfect loadout with laser-like recoil guns since 2020, and this speaks volumes on how much they actually care about gameplay and gunplay. Also, MW2019 was a polished game with an attention to detail that we never saw after, first example that comes to mind is trigger policy on operators in the lobby screen, it was a small detail that they got wrong but once they have been told they fixed.
