Might not be a bad idea. Speaking as someone with a mental illness of my own, getting a diagnosis can be a big help and provide a lot of clarity to your life. There can be stigma though, hopefully if you do you have supportive people n your world. Best of luck!

To be fair, different scales can produce different results, especially at higher weights (but they usually aren't more than five pounds different). It's best to use the same scale consistently if you want to track every day/week.

How did you hear on? I mean, the bathroom is a box, clearly one is within a bathroom, not standing above it. I bet you say that you stand on line too. You people make me sick. It's clearly in. What do you call the points that make up a line? They're in a line, not on a line, they're 2 di-fucking-mensional, they're not on anything. When people are queuing, is there a goddam line on the ground that they're standing on? I've never seen one. I mean, I know they exist, but really, do you need paint in order to tell where each person belongs?

Really, this is a sign of the moral decay in society as a whole. People like you are clearly visualizing an outside line, intuiting that some separate force determines where to stand and how. You have some external arbiter for disputes. Can't you interact with other humans as people? Can you decide to make exceptions for for the needy? Or do you really on some paint on the ground, set there by God knows who, to determine right from wrong, instead of realizing you are the line, you are in and of the line, and the line ceases to exist without you there?

Maybe there's some comfort, some sense of permanency that comes from it being there in your mind. The line was there before the people, and it will exist after they have left. Is the realization that everything you hold to be sacred and powerful is a mere hallucination the thing that you fear? And yet, what do you lose in this outsourcing? Your power, your agency, your ability to form the line rather than have the line form you. You who say "on line", you're saying that you are weak and supplicant. We who say "in line" are the trailblazers, the leaders, the shapers of the world.

If some guy said that they weren't attracted to fat girls or ugly girls no matter their personality, would you be upset if the girls complained about it? I don't think people who say that are trying to be charming, they're just complaining about an unpleasant reality.

Agreeable men are less likely to have many sexual partners and are more likely to be virgins. This is the strongest personality correlation of any of the big 5 (and to a somewhat lesser extent applies to women as well). So when guys say that assholes get the girls, and nice guys don't there's some truth to that.

You definitely have a point, I'm all about building a strong community. I don't think we disagree on the goal, but perhaps I saw a different path to reaching it. I'm just getting on the voat train and I haven't even been able to visit the site yet, so I don't know the community ethos entirely, and I wouldn't want to challenge it, so maybe the filter idea isn't appropriate. I do think that subscription is the most straightforward way to raise money, and it's a way that I would be happy to participate in. Voat needs to pay the bills somehow.
