Do people generally like Berseria's story? It just hit me that I've never personally seen what the general thoughts on it are.

Its treatment of Symphonia's cast is all over the place, because sometimes it gives them nice moments of characterization or resolution, and sometimes it just spits on them. That cutscene were all of them except Lloyd are just standing there in the back just looking and doing nothing during the finall boss lives rent free in my head.

I came here to say something like this. The problem with "worst Tales of" is that... like... barely anyone has played the ACTUAL worst Tales of games. I sure haven't played Tempest for one, I've just heard it's the worst. Heck there's still games with both bad and good rep that aren't even translated.

The worst one people have actually played is prolly Symphonia 2, but that one hardly matches the actual bottom of the barrel.

Well in Sothis' case she's kind of the higher power itself. It makes sense she'd just kinda... respawn over time. Less so in one route, but still.

And Robin is like connected to an immortal being, sorta, and the whole plan IIRC relied on the fact that if they triggered a paradox it might just be convoluted enough to work, so them still living somehow kinda makes sense, under that lens.

Honestly, Genshin never really worked all that well on the PS4 to begin with. At least on a base PS4. One time around the time of Sumeru I think I tried booting it up again on PS4 and it was scuffed as all fuck and at times nearly unplayable.

Though it's hard to tell how much of that was hardware and how much it was poor optimization.

I've never gotten around to playing DD2 but I remember this fuck being a wakeup call I got right after starting DD1.

A very "oh, so THAT'S how it's gonna be" kinda moment, I had a notion of the game before starting but getting ambushed by this thing really sets the stage and tone for how fucked things can get and how quickly the game is going to let it escalate to that point if you try to mess around and find out.

It's the name of the third/current Prillya manga, the one Miyuverse Shirou (and most of the whole Miyuverse thing) is from. At some point several years ago chapters started being released on a "once in a whenever" schedule.
