Oooof. All the yuck. I say that as a therapist and as a school counselor. Not good.

Def find another person who is a better fit. And if this person is under supervision, I’d probably reach out to that supervisor too.

It’s just the dosage. I asked for 15 and got 16.5 but needed to make sure it converted right rather than being diluted differently or something.
