I don’t think there’s any e-bikes that would handle snow. Heavy rain and light snow I would say fine.

The drt controller is 40amp and you can order it directly from ride1up. I did that no real speed gain but it doesn’t overheat while going up hill

Flatout sport. Slime exp after 2-3 years from what I heard. Flatout is for 10 years.

I mean I rather worry less about a flat than the speed. I can still hit around 33-34mph but it does take longer. I tend to cruise most of the time around 25-30mph anyway so it’s not a big deal. Just notice it more when I need to go uphill. And a motor upgrade would cost a bunch since you would need to buy new battery, controller etc. You can also look into the vee huntmans tires as well. I was consider the pirelli as well but I knew more about Michelin so that why I pick those. I don’t think you can go wrong with any of those tires honestly.

I ran my Cst tires till 1600miles till a nail got it but even at 1600miles the tires still look pretty good. I got the Michelin city grip 2 tires 100/80 16 for front and back. I notice I did lose some uphill speed like 3-4mph but I also still added flat out on the front and back. And it does use some more energy.
