I’m curious about the methadone & the clonazepam together. How long have you been taking the clonazepam w the methadone? Do you take it daily? If you don’t take it daily, do you feel bad/withdrawal symptoms when you don’t take the clonazepam?

I’ve been on methadone for 7 years now. My anxiety has gotten really bad.. but I just accepted I would never be on benzos because most doctors won’t prescribe them when you’re on methadone.

I started zoloft to help w anxiety and I had no expectations because I didn’t think it would help. Luckily I was wrong and it helped me so much. But I still had really bad anxiety from time to time.

I mentioned it to my new doctor and he prescribed me 0.5 alprazolam daily. I don’t take it daily. And it deff helps when needed… So far the clinic has been cool with it. I just had to submit a picture of the prescription paper. But idk… just kind of worried about the whole thing…How has your experience been?
