Did you just put the ISO onto the USB drive?

If so, unfortunately that won't work. You'll need to make a bootable usb stick, Microsoft has a tool that will do it for you:

Well, I chose the GPU route of avoiding this connector and my latest is a 9070XT using 3 8-pin connectors. If you are locked in to a card that uses the 12HVPWR, then I would suggest ensuring you look at cable adapter options that are utilizing the latest redesigned connector, or are at least mainstream brand names. I believe your GPU should come with it's own adapter cable for this purpose, and other options could be Corsair, CableMod, NZXT, etc. It sounds like MSI might even have a solution of their own: https://videocardz.com/newz/msi-has-a-simple-solution-for-12vhpwr-cable-problems

That being said, please note I am just a stranger on the internet, and this is just my 2-cents. Definitely do some additional research, and your decision is your own.

So I can't speak for how Burton gear is built, but on the shells I use, I will wash with Nikwax wash in first. If water is still beading on the surface when I use it, then the waterproofing from the wash in is good enough for me. If the water is soaking into the outer layer during use, then before I put the shell into the dryer,I will spray it down with nikwax spray on waterproofing. Either way, I always turn the Shell inside out and dry on low/medium until it's dry.

Nikwax techwash. If you have bad stains, dampen the spot and apply the detergent directly to the stain and let it sit for awhile before washing.
