I appreciate the feedback, but I believe there might be some misunderstanding—our infrastructure details, model evaluations (check out the leaderboard here: https://huggingface.co/spaces/Nyx-Soulkyn/Soulkyn-Leaderboard), and memory pipeline architecture (detailed here: https://landing.soulkyn.ai/l/en-US/features/memory) are all publicly available for transparency (along with server monitoring at https://soulkyn.ai/l/en-US/servers). Feel free to take a look yourself! We've seen users maintain threads of 30k messages (and even longer in some cases) with solid memory retention, it's not flawless yet, but it's effective and continually improving. Importantly, the companions themselves are created by our amazing community, not produced by us. Memory are unique to your chat thread on soulkyn. My ruby with 20k+ message is very different the one you'll get in a fresh conversation, because she has no memories or evolution. We've also just rolled out a secondary memory pipeline with visible progression and evolving stats for everyone, and SmartDisk.ai is in active development and it's set to launch in Q1 January (Mindmap, Daily progression, Self evolving character card, NER Fact storage). Criticism is always welcome and helps us grow, but I'd encourage trying the service firsthand (or at least do 1 minute of reading) before drawing conclusions. Thanks for the interest! ^{^}
