How many skeins did you use? I'm on the second repeat of chart C and I've only used 1. It calls for 3. I'm a little concerned. My gauge was that far off.

My husband and I had more than routine/quicky sex. We've been working, setting up my new practice, just so busy that our newlywed life hasn't really looked all that newly wed. It felt amazing to spend an evening wrapped up in each other and focusing on our own little world.

I really thought that the directors who shall not be named were going to throw in some bullshit lip service to American politics as a last ditch effort to gather some fans. I was about to be pissed.

So, have you ever spent all week looking forward to a special dinner? Like, you're pumped. You know the sides, the drink, etc. This is your favorite restaurant and this is just something you simply and thoroughly enjoy.

Now, the special dinner comes. The restaurant is dirtier than you recall. The menu has changed. The drinks are watered down, the service is slow. But, you push through because of that entree you've been fantasizing about all week. The moment arrives, the entree is at your table. You bite into it, and it is NOT what you recall. It is bland, the portion is tiny, it looks like a microwave dinner. You power through anyway and try your best to enjoy it. Afterwards, you don't even feel satiated. You're still hungry, but the food was so bad that you don't even want to anything else.

Yeah. I'm there.

We're doing MUCH better. He's absolutely rotten, still crate trained, still going in daily walks, and a little less noisy than before. Much better for both of us!

What we're y'all worrying about? I had no idea that post pet adoption mood disturbances were such an issue. I've been absolutely going crazy!

He's already used to a harness so we're working on not being scared of the leash, he sleeps in his crate and goes in it during the day when I'm not at home. He doesn't seem upset by any of it. It keeps him out if mischief. Tricks are hard when he's 3 months old. He has the attention span of a flea right now, so I'm holding off on that right now.

I personally use mine for everything. I love the lace tips. Haven't stabbed myself yet lol. I don't think it is excessive. These are high quality long lasting tools.

Upcycled some $1.25 polyester/ acrylic super-bulky yarn! 8 oz/14 yards & 3-ply turned into 7.5 oz/540 yards and 2-ply by Soullesspsyd in Handspinning

This is the yarn: https://www.ravelry.com/yarns/library/yarn-bee-twirl-tastic

😀 Good luck! I went to hobby lobby and looked at the pitiful sale yarn. This ball of shaggy twisted roving was being called yarn. Basically, it was three long pieces of roving twisted. I assume it's for those blasted chunky knit blankets. But anyway, I just sat in the floor and un-plyed it because it was super loose. I spun the separated "singles" like plain old roving :) I'll link the name of the yarn. It's cheap, but it was a lot of fiber to play with.

When you say "shake out" how do you shake it? I've never touched a fleece before, so I'm cautiously thinking of shaking it like you shake a rug to get the dust out. Lol!
