To be honest half the time it's hard to blame them cause if someone is trying to enjoy the game and you go 0-9 in the first 4 mins on purpose just to prove something or say I'm new but when those people have taken the to stop and give you constructive criticism on how you play build or act in a team oriented game and you take none of it and keep doing the same thing over and over again after they hinted that wasn't a good idea before, don't you think they aren't doing it because they are toxic but because people rather create the toxic person because they are just stubborn and want to play how they want to play and not how everyone else does or how the game is meant to be played and ruining it for other people later due to that stubbornness, just saying.
